Shenyang YYD Casting Co.,Ltd is founded in 1997,located in Shenyang the heavy industry base of the whole nation, the political, economic and cultural center of northeast China. The foundry covers a total area of 22000 square meters ,a productive area of casting shop of 3400 square meters with the biggest jack lift of 20t and a maximum diameter of5 meters for centrifugal castings produced. High-lead bronze castings employ new centrifugal casting process with maximum melting weight of 15t. It has a complete set of equipments and a powerful strength with an annual productive capacity of more than 2800t.
YYD’s high-quality technology equipments for casting special use include many sets of large vertical, double-head, carrying idler, and single-head centrifugal casting machines. These manufacturing equipments have basically met the demands of centrifugal casting of revolving castings used for medium an large-sized enterprises at home. For special shaped castings,sand casting or metal mould casting process can also be employed accordingly. To ensure a better quality of sand mould drying, one 50m³ and one 30m³ desiccation kilns have been constructed which can real-time monitor temperature. Machining equipments include horizontal lathe, vertical lathe, planer, boring lathe, millers and drillers of various types, among which new equipments make up over 90%, providing reliable support for the products machining.
