Beluns ® PTFE gasket material, a product of Garlock Sealing Technologies, is a restructured PTFE gasket material that exhibits significantly reduced creep relaxation, along with outstanding chemical resistance.

Beluns Gasket has the experienced staff and equipment available to not only custom manufacture and fabricate PTFE gaskets, but can also produce PTFE custom parts, including heat exchanger gaskets, pads, and other custom components for a variety of industrial uses. In other words, Beluns PTFE Gasket can custom fabricate – flat cut, die cut or water jet cut – practically any custom part from PTFE to your specifications.

Gaskets are an integral part of piping systems and their fittings. In corrosive environments the reliability of gaskets is of utmost importance, where gasket failure can have detrimental effects leading to system failure.

Beluns, which is Beluns's trade name for virgin PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is resistant to virtually all chemicals and has excellent non-stick properties. The material also operates within a wide temperature range and is capable of continuous use at 260 C, thus making it the ideal material for the envelope gaskets.
