The «Cheeseberry» Company appeared at the pastry market in 2006. With the help of American technologists and American equipment we created a unique technology of producing cream cheese, on the basis of which all the desserts of the Company are manufactured.
Today we successfully sale curd cream cheese and desserts produced on its basis. Due to up-to-date technologies and equipment the desserts of the «Cheeseberry» Company possess all the advantages of foreign manufacturers. The guidelines of our production are quality, taste and the healthy character of our products; therefore we use only natural ingredients.
The main direction of the «Cheeseberry» Company is the production and selling of frozen desserts: cheesecakes and cakes. The minor but not less important direction is the production and selling of curd cream cheese.
Our products
The «Cheeseberry» cheesecake is a cake of sweet cheese-curd filling on a crisp sandy crust having a delicate gentle and dainty taste.

The «Cheeseberry» 60% curd cream cheese manufactured from natural milk stuff is a soft cheese with gentle flexible consistence, of cream color and cultured milk cream taste.
Curd cream cheese
Curd cream cheese is manufactured from fresh natural milk stuff in accordance with the American processing technology.
As opposed to the majority of classical cheeses it doesn′t require long maturing.
Curd cream cheese can be used as a food product, for the production of desserts, fruit salads, cold and hot snacks, first and second courses, sandwiches, rolls of the Japanese cuisine etc.
The frozen «Cheeseberry» 60% curd cream cheese is a unique product. There are not analogs of the frozen «Cheeseberry» cheese today. The frozen cheese is also produced on the basis of natural milk stuff. It doesn′t differ from non-frozen cheese in taste and look.
